Learn Wisdom Academy Policies

1. Enrollment and Fees: By enrolling in Learn Wisdom Academy, parents agree to the payment terms outlined during the registration process. All fees are non-refundable, and the program's price remains constant regardless of any missed classes by the student.

2. Class Attendance and Rescheduling: Parents acknowledge that class attendance is crucial for their child's progress. For Personalized Learning Sessions, the session will be automatically canceled if the student is 10 minutes late. Learn Wisdom Academy does not offer rescheduling options for missed classes. The program's pricing structure is designed to provide consistent learning opportunities, and missed classes will not alter the agreed-upon fee.

3. Refund Policy: While our commitment to delivering quality education remains steadfast, we understand that circumstances may arise. Therefore, we are introducing a 10-day refund window from the date of enrollment, allowing parents to assess our program and request a refund within this initial period. However, please note that registration fees remain non-refundable. Beyond this 10-day window, there are no refunds for any portion of the program fees, including missed classes or cancellations. Once enrolled, parents commit to the entire program duration, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. Communication and Information: Parents understand that they will receive an email within 24 hours of enrollment (but usually immediately) containing detailed information on how to access the virtual classes. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure they have received this communication and have the necessary information for their child's participation.

5. Cancellation of Preschool Club: Parents may cancel their child's enrollment in the Preschool Club at any time by sending an email to brianna@learnwisdomacademyonline.com. Upon cancellation, access to the Preschool Club will be terminated at the end of the billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

6. Mutual Respect: Learn Wisdom Academy promotes a culture of mutual respect between parents, students, and teachers. Any form of disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, or discrimination, will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the student's enrollment without a refund.

7. Agreement to Policies: By enrolling in Learn Wisdom Academy, parents agree to abide by these policies. These policies are in place to ensure the smooth operation of our program and to provide the best learning experience for all students, parents, and teachers.
